Introduction

Hello, I am Arman Sabaghi; Strategist, business developer and translator. I was born in March 1367 in Tehran and started my professional activity in the field of education in 1389. My academic and professional path over the past years has been accompanied by many experiences and learnings, each of which has somehow led me to where I am today

Education and starting professional activities

In 1392, I started my academic studies in the field of management and in 1396 I received an associate degree in the field of translation of written works. In the same year, I published my first book, “Who Was J.R.R. Tolkien?” I published it. This success became an incentive to enter deeper into management issues and get more familiar with systemic and management thinking

Progress in the management path

In 2018, I received a bachelor’s degree in commercial advertising management and in 1401, I received a master’s degree in business management with a focus on strategic management. In 1402, I decided to give a new color to my education and participated in the DBA course of Tehran University

The formation of a professional path

During these years, I always observed gaps in businesses that I knew could be solved with simple or complex solutions and experienced organizational growth. This point of view made me familiar with organizational strategic topics and I was sure that I can go deeper into these issues and analyze and provide appropriate solutions

Strategy, the key to success

The word “strategy” changed the course of my life. My job requires me to think deeply about issues by examining all aspects and different points of view, and propose and implement the best possible solution according to the conditions. This process, which goes on in my mind until reaching the result and then the feedback analysis stage, is very complex and based on academic-experimental foundations
